Who handles your data

What we collect
From your Google account: name and email. At checkout: full name, phone and, for purchases from Brazil, CPF (we store only a masked version), date of birth and shipping address. For gifts: the recipient’s name, email, phone and message. We also keep order details and a record of emails sent. Card data is handled only by Stripe.
Why we use it
To process payment, deliver your order, calculate shipping, unlock the PDF, send emails about your purchase and meet legal and tax obligations. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only those needed to complete your purchase: Stripe (payment), Correios (shipping), CPF and postal code lookup services, our email provider and the platform that hosts the site.
How long we keep it
Order and payment data: 5 years after purchase, for tax reasons. Account data: while the account exists. Unpaid orders: up to 6 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, portability, information about sharing and deletion of your data at any time. You can also stop reminders via the link in our emails.
How to request deletion
