Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation (PDF) or delivery (physical product) and get a full refund.
Digital book (PDF)
You can cancel within 7 days of purchase. Once refunded, access to the PDF in My area is blocked. The file is for personal use and should not be kept or shared after withdrawal.
Print book and notebook
You have 7 days from delivery. Email us and we’ll send free return instructions. The refund, including shipping, is issued once we receive the item. If it arrives damaged or defective, we replace it within 30 days.
How to request
Write to [E-MAIL DE ATENDIMENTO] with your order number (e.g. MIA-0001). Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
